Refund Policy

• Before work begins: If payment was made and work has not started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

• After work begins: Once work has started, payments are non-refundable due to time and labor already invested.

• Deliverables: If you’re not satisfied, we’ll work with you to address issues through revisions as agreed.

• No-shows / cancellations: If a call is scheduled, please give at least 12 hours notice to reschedule.
